     Golden World Archive was born out of an amalgam of music influences, such as Ayreon, Dark Sarah, Kamelot, Epica and Nightwish, among others.

Tales From a Lost Land:

 

The story follows the Kingdom of Dawn, the greatest epire of the Tower, ruled by the Goddess of Life herself, the White Queen. 

​

The sovereign has seen it all, has lived through everything, and now she's tired, but she fears for the future of her empire, thus, she summons all her subjects to explain the situation (The Beginning - The Immortal's Curse). 

​

The Watchmaker promises the Queen to make her a mechanic heart that will allow her to keep ruling without the burden of the past. But not without consequences (Mechanic Heart).

​

From another kingdom, another god arrives, The Black King, seeking to gain the favour of the White Queen... and her hand in marriage if possible (A Cold Heart).

​

One day, the Queen decides to check on the construction of her mechanic heart. She then discovers a terrible secret, the Watchmaker was not who he said he was, but someone else was doing all hi work. Trapped into his workshop, the Queen finds an enslaved god, the Fairy, and decides to free her (Away).

​

The Kingdom judges the Watchmaker for the crime of enslavery and exiles him from the realm (Black Amber Blade)

​

Time passes, and the Queen realizes there's something else that will keep her tied to life more than a machine: the love she has for the Fairy (Your Eyes).

​

But in the kingdom of the Black King, news of this brewing romance find their way to the god's ears. Boiling with rage, he decides to send an assassin to get revenge (Everything in the World).

​

A traveler arrives to the Kingdom of Dawn, and the White Queen, in all the joy she now feels, welcomes him without hesitation, despite the warnings of his counselor and friend, the Marshall (Far Away Lands).

​

Indeed, the traveler reveals himself to be Crescent Moon, a god assassin, sent to kill the Queen and the Fairy. In the chaos of the fight, the Marshall dies under the assassin's sword. The Queen, filled with rage, fights until Crescent Moon draws his last breath. But the damage is done (Nightfall - The Longest Night).

The court gathers to mourn the fallen hero (Silence).

​

The decision to leave the Tower without even looking back (Memories Hurt).

​
